One stolen password shouldn't open your business.
Your email is the key to your bank, payroll, and website, because "forgot password" goes to your email. We add stronger locks to the accounts that matter most, with a way back in if you ever lose one.
- A password manager so no two accounts share a password
- Stronger login on email, bank, payroll, merchant processing, and domain
- Backups, so stronger security never becomes a lockout
No pressure. No passwords. Bring your spouse if you can.
Most owners are one problem away from a very bad month.
A lost phone.
You turned on two-step login because your bank told you to. You didn't save backup codes or add a second method. Then the phone is lost, broken, or replaced. Accounts with no backup have to be rebuilt through support. That can take weeks, and sometimes months.
A bad click.
One spouse clicks a convincing link. An attacker gets into email and everything connected to it. Money moves. The couple spends months on calls and tickets to get accounts back.
The worst day.
If something happens to you, your spouse may not be able to get into the accounts that run the business. Every account becomes its own slow process while the family is grieving.
Different problems, same gap: no tested plan for getting back in.
Two-step login works. Microsoft research found it cut the risk of account compromise by more than 99% in enterprise accounts.
Nearly half of small business owners surveyed (46%, Mastercard, 2025) report a cyberattack on their business. It is a self-reported survey.

We set it up. We test it. You keep control.
Audit.
We list every account you and your spouse rely on and find the weak spots.
Setup.
Password manager, hardware security keys, authenticator apps. Email, bank, payroll, merchant processing, and website domain come first.
Recovery.
Several independent ways back in to every account, including a printed kit in your home safe and a copy kept offsite.
Practice drill.
You and your spouse practice a lost phone, a lost key, and "I think we clicked something." We fix whatever doesn't work.
30-day follow-up.
We come back to catch what you've added or skipped.
We never see your master password. You create it yourself. We guide you. We never ask for it.
What you keep.
A Recovery Plan: your accounts, your keys, and the exact steps for each kind of failure
An "If Something Happens to Me" plan: a plain-English guide your spouse can follow
Hardware security keys for you and your spouse (included in the price). A hardware key is a small physical key, like a car key, for your accounts.
A password manager for each of you, plus a shared vault for the household and business
Scam and phishing training for both of you
A tested recovery: you've actually done it, not just been told how
Built for owners and their spouses.
For owners of local businesses (dentists, insurance agents, mortgage brokers, roofers, and others) who run a good business and want to protect what they've built. We focus on you and your spouse, because you carry the real risk. If a few employees also use the accounts, we can set them up too (see pricing).

Common questions
Do you see my passwords?
No. You create your master password yourself and we look away. We confirm everything works by having you do it, never by reading it.
Why not just do this myself?
You can, and our free tips help. Most owners don't finish, skip the backups, or never test them. We do the setup correctly and make sure you can recover, with your spouse, before we leave.
What if I lose my hardware key?
That's why we set up spares and other ways back in. Losing one key is a planned recovery, not an emergency.
Is a password manager safe?
No tool is perfect. For most owners, reused and forgotten passwords are the bigger risk. We set up a strong passphrase you create, a second step on the vault, and an offline recovery kit.
Can you promise I won't be hacked?
No. Nobody can. We reduce the chance and make recovery much faster.
Do you come to me?
Yes. Setup is in person in the Charlotte area, South Carolina, and Savannah, GA.
How long does it take?
Several touchpoints: an audit, two setup sessions, a recovery drill, and a 30-day follow-up.
What about my employees?
Each additional person is $1,000 and gets their own login, keys, and training. Shared logins make recovery and offboarding harder.
Why do you work with NordPass?
We're affiliates of NordPass and Coveron and may be compensated. I recommend NordPass because it's the one I use to protect my family. You're never required to use it.
